FSDF in the cloud – the LINK progresses to beta

A demonstration of the FSDF Location INtelligence Knowledge platform (LINK) was provided to ANZLIC at its recent October meeting. ANZLIC noted the evolution of the FSDF from a conceptual framework published in hardcopy form in 2012 to an online, dynamic, cloud-based analysis tool today. 

Key jurisdictional stakeholders currently have access to the beta version of the LINK and are able to analyse the spatial information supply chain from States and Territories through to national datasets and end users.

Future plans are: a business intelligence modelling module to be added by December 2016 and a public version to be released by April 2017.
